Please read these Terms carefully before using the pedas99 platform. By accessing or using any pedas99 service, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.

Eligibility — 21+ Only
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pedas99. By creating an account you warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one active pedas99 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. Sharing accounts with other persons is strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are conducted in MYR. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
Bonuses & Promotions
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and time limits as specified in individual promotion terms. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim promotions multiple times, will result in account suspension.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Use of bots, scripts, arbitrage software, or any automated system to gain unfair advantage is prohibited. Collusion between players, chip dumping, and any activity that distorts game integrity will result in immediate account closure.
Responsible Gaming
pedas99 provides deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Members who identify problem gambling behaviours are encouraged to use these tools or contact our support team immediately.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to the pedas99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pedas99 reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify age at any time. Accounts determined to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, the Account balance returned through the original deposit method (after verification), and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required by Applicable Law.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The pedas99 platform is operated for and directed at users in Malaysia. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. pedas99 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any jurisdiction other than those for which it is licensed to operate.
2.3 One Account Per Individual. Each natural person may register and maintain only one Account on the pedas99 platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. pedas99 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and, at its discretion, to forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held therein.
2.4 Account Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles pedas99 to suspend or close your Account without prior notice.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify pedas99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pedas99 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.1 You agree to use the pedas99 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial purpose.
3.2 You agree not to use the platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment, and acknowledge that pedas99 bears no responsibility for decisions made in such circumstances.
3.3 Account access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
3.4 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.1 Accepted Methods. pedas99 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Own Funds Only. You warrant that all funds deposited to your pedas99 Account are lawfully yours and are free from any third-party claims. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor use payment methods not registered in your own name. Violation of this clause may constitute a criminal offence under Applicable Law.
4.3 Processing Times. e-Wallet deposits (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically credit to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer (FPX) deposits may take up to five (5) minutes. pedas99 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.
4.4 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. pedas99 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.5 Failed Transactions. In the event a deposit fails after funds have left your payment account, contact pedas99 support immediately with transaction reference details. pedas99 will investigate and resolve confirmed payment discrepancies within a reasonable time.
5.1 Verified Accounts. Withdrawals are only processed to Accounts that have completed identity verification. pedas99 may require documentary evidence of identity (government-issued photo ID), age, address, and ownership of the payment method used for deposit before processing any withdrawal.
5.2 Withdrawal to Original Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control and is applied without exception.
5.3 Processing Times. Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) generally complete within minutes of processing approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the Account withdrawal interface and may vary by method. pedas99 reserves the right to amend these thresholds.
5.5 Withholding. pedas99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, AML concerns, identity verification requirements, or breach of these Terms. Members will be notified of any withholding action and the reason therefor where permissible under Applicable Law.
6.1 All promotional offers made available by pedas99, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions, are subject to their own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated in full in the respective promotion terms.
6.3 Single Claim Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different Accounts constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential Account suspension.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry timelines as stated in individual promotion terms. Expired bonus balances will be forfeited without compensation.
6.5 Amendment and Withdrawal. pedas99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Obligations under promotions already accepted by Members prior to such changes will be honoured on the original terms where reasonably practicable.
7.1 All bets placed on pedas99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or market interface.
7.2 Bets are accepted and finalised at the point of confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet may not be amended or cancelled except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules (for example, certain pre-match sportsbook markets before an event commences).
7.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pedas99 reserves the right to declare that round or bet void and to return the wagered amount to the Member's Account Balance. pedas99 is not liable for losses arising from system interruptions attributable to third-party infrastructure.
7.4 pedas99 reserves the right to void, cancel, or withhold payment of any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, whether in casino game configuration, sportsbook odds, or any other wagering product.
7.5 Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply across all products. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. pedas99 reserves the right to amend limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pedas99 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
9.1 All content on the pedas99 platform, including but not limited to the pedas99 brand name and logo, game assets, software, text, graphics, user interface design, and database structure, is the proprietary intellectual property of pedas99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted.
9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of pedas99.
10.1 The pedas99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, pedas99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 pedas99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if pedas99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 pedas99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Applicable Law.
11.1 pedas99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Members. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from the Account dashboard:
11.2 If you believe that your gambling activity is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to activate self-exclusion immediately via Account settings or by contacting our support team. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist with responsible gaming requests.
11.3 The 21+ age requirement is an absolute condition of membership and is not subject to exception or waiver under any circumstances.

12.1 pedas99's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
12.2 You consent to pedas99 processing your personal data for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and personalised marketing communications where applicable consent has been obtained.
12.3 All personal data and financial data transmitted through the pedas99 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. pedas99 does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
13.1 pedas99 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pedas99 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting an updated version at pedas99.club/terms-conditions and, where practicable, by notifying Members via their registered email address.
13.2 Your continued use of the pedas99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pedas99's operating jurisdiction, as determined by the terms of its gaming licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pedas99, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. pedas99 operates an internal dispute resolution process and will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority under which pedas99 holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available from the pedas99 support team upon request.
14.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pedas99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
